We provide a 30-Day warranty on all third party devices should you experience any issues with your product. Please contact us to receive an RMA. Once you receive this authorization, the product must be returned back to us within 20 days. It must be shipped via Royal Mail. Once the item is received, inspected and deemed defective we will ship out a replacement. If for some rare reason the item is out of stock, we will refund the full amount paid for the item.
All warranties do not include e-liquids, clearomizers, cartomizers, atomizer heads, tanks, drip tips or clearance items. All warranties cover manufacturing defects ONLY and will not cover issues related to abuse, misuse or normal wear and tear including dust, humidity or heat. Return shipping is not pre-paid, however once the item is inspected and deemed to be a manufacturing defect the shipping cost will be refunded to your account. Upon inspection, items not covered under our Warranty Policy will be returned to you.
Under no circumstances will VaporFi UK be liable in any way for damages, including any lost enjoyment, profits, lost savings or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, such product. Free Royal Mail dispatch on all orders over £20! Every day! Shipping done right is what you can expect from us. We boast a fast processing time, as well as a fast turnaround. No one likes wasting time, so we don't want to waste yours as you eagerly await your vapour goods. Orders are usually shipped the same day if placed by 12PM GMT. (with the exception of weekends and holidays).
Unless you opt for expedited shipping, 3 days is the norm for delivery. Shipping times vary for orders placed outside the U.K.
We love communicating with you, and as soon as your order is placed you can expect an email from us confirming it. The same goes for when your order ships, you'll receive another emailing containing tracking information as well as anything else pertinent to your order.
We know you want to know about the progress of your order ASAP, so once the order is complete a confirmation email will be sent to you. Then when your order ships, we'll send another letting you know, and it will include your tracking number, if applicable.
If you created a VaporFi account during checkout, or previously, you will be able to check the status of your order anytime you feel like it by clicking on the LOGIN link at the navigation bar located at the top of every website page. Once in, every aspect of your order will be there for your viewing pleasure. Please allot us 24 hours for the tracking information to be displayed.
If your order has not arrived within an appropriate measure of time, please call our customer service at 0800 086 8188 so that we may begin to investigate the circumstances and issue a replacement shipment should it be necessary.
15-Day Return Policy | No Restocking Fee
A 15-day, time frame is allotted for returns - even if you simply change your mind about your purchase. As long as your item is unopened and can be re-stocked, you can return the item for a refund.
